Agatha O`Neill, (née Flanagan) Doorly Park, Sligo and formerly of Garrison, Co. Fermanagh. Reposing at her residence today until 6pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Monday for Requiem Mass at 11am, with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery after. Christy McGowan, Rock House, Flaughanaugh, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim. At the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Paul Casey, Lissian, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. Removal from his home, Rock House, at 11.30am on Monday to St. Mary’s Church, Killenummery, Dromahair, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, followed by interment in Carrowcrin Cemetery. Joe Smyth, Finner Avenue, Bundoran, Co. Donegal and formerly of Drumkeerin, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully, at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing at his home. Removal on Monday morning, leaving his home at 10.20am to arrive at The Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Bundoran for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial to follow in St Ninnidhs Cemetery, Bundoran. Family Flowers only, donations in lieu to the North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo, c/o Seamus Gallagher Funeral Director or any family member. Kieran Scanlan, Wiltshire, England and Tullynamoyle, Creevelea, Drumkeerin, Co. Leitrim. Suddenly, at his home in England. Funeral Mass will take place in St. Brigid’s Church, Creevelea on Monday at 2.30pm followed by burial in Killargue new Cemetery. Kathleen Sweeney, née Morrow, Ballinphuil, Tibohine, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Carrownurlar, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at Sonas Nursing Home, ‘Ard na Gréine’, Enniscrone. Pre-deceased by her husband P.J. and her sister Maura Healy. Kathleen will be removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Tuesday at 10.30am to St. Baoithín’s Church, Tibohine, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, followed by interment in Kilcolman Cemetery. Due to government guidelines, the Mass will be restricted to thirty people and face masks must be worn.

 

May Carey, nee Keegan, Crozon Downs, Sligo. Peacefully, at Sligo university Hospital. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, on Monday evening from 7pm to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday to The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery. House private please. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Sligo from 5.30pm on Tuesday with removal at 6.30pm to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange to arrive at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon on Wednesday.
