Government response needed to safeguard the future of Ireland West Airport



The west’s business community is coming together to get the government to respond to the challenges currently facing Ireland West Airport Knock.

 

Businesses are seeking a meeting with two government ministers, Eamon Ryan and Hildegarde Naughton,  to make their case that the regional airport is of ‘critical importance’ to the north west.

 

Aidan Doyle is CEO of Sligo Chamber of Commerce.

 

He says they must ensure the sustainability of Ireland West Airport Knock.
