Subject to certain conditions, the houses are to be built on a 4.8 acre site in Drumrooske Middle, Donegal Town.

The proposal includes 26 three-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached, 16 two-bedroom two-storey terraces, a duplex with four two-bedroom ground floor apartments with four three bedrooms above and another duplex with three two-bedroom ground apartments and three three-bedrooms above.

The application also includes the building of access roads, footpaths and crossings, public lighting, a children’s play area, boundary walls and fences and car and bicycle parking.
