A man has been arrested in connection with the two Robberies in Sligo Town from over the weekend.
The Garda Armed Support Unit, along with local Gardaí located the suspect after a designated search.
The man was brought to Ballymote Garda station and was detained for questioning.
The suspect has since been charged with one charge of robbery and one charge of attempted robbery, for the separate incidents.
He has been kept in custody and will appear at the next sitting of the District Court.
