Heavy rain has caused spot flooding in some areas throughout the region and motorists and other road users are asked to take extra care.
In Sligo town, there’s flooding on Ash Lane and Ballytivnan road; however both roads passable with care.

Sligo County Council has confirmed that flooding in two areas of Sligo town has now cleared.
Ash Lane and Ballytivnan Road in Sligo town were among two areas in the region hit by flooding this morning but both roads are now fully open to traffic.
