Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan, has expressed concern this evening at what he calls a ‘worrying trend’ of an increase in the numbers of reported Covid-19 cases and some new clusters.
One such cluster is located here in the North West and the transmission of it is travel-related, originating in Iraq.
Three new cases of Covid-19 in Co. Sligo have been confirmed this evening.
