Donegal Council grant planning permission for Donegal Development



Donegal County Council have granted planning permission to Crann Valley Holdings for the construction of a major new development in Donegal Town.

 

The project which will include Residential, Retail, off and leisure facilities had previously been objected to.

 

The Local authority have now given the development the green light and local independent Councillor Tom Conaghan says there will be jobs created in the construction phase and when the units are full operational

 

 

This is the latest development to be approved by the local authority for the Donegal Town area

Planning permission was approved already this year 31 houses and 26 apartments on the old Laghy Road and Farmleigh Road.

Donegal Council also approved an application for a mixed use development at the Mullens which will include 80 homes, retail, office space and leisure facilities.
