Hilda Martin, Obelisk Rise, St. Augustine’s Park, Blackrock, Dublin and formerly of Cummeen, Strandhill Road, Sligo, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Saint Vincent’s Private Hospital, Dublin surrounded by her loving family. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Thursday in St. Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Co. Sligo. Rose Murray (nee McGourty), 1 the Ross Manorhamilton Co Leitrim peacefully at St Phelim’s nursing home Dromahair. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Killinagh, Blacklion this morning (Wednesday) at 11am followed by burial in Killinagh cemetery.

In accordance with Government guidelines on gatherings, the funeral will be Private.  A Memorial Mass to celebrate Rose’s life will be held at a later date.  Those who wish to leave a message of condolence for the family may do so on RIP.ie

Mary Ellen McManus (nee Boylan) Towneymoyle, Glencar, Co Leitrim. Peacefully in her 90th year at Sligo University Hospital. Mass of the Resurrection today (Wednesday) at 12 noon in St Osnat’s Church Glencar with burial afterwards in St Clare’s cemetery Manorhamilton. In accordance with Government restrictions funeral will be private to family only. Those wishing to express their sympathy to the family can do so on condolence section of rip.ie.

Betty McNiffe (Née Feeney) 10 Cairns Drive Sligo. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing at her residence on Wednesday. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Thursday morning for Requiem mass at 11:00am with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery after. Ellen (Chrissie) Lucey (nee Heelan), 12 Station Road, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal.  In her 93rd year. Peacefully (non-Covid). In accordance with current government guidelines and in the hope of keeping family and friends safe Ellen’s family home, funeral and burial will take place privately to family and close friends.  Ellen’s funeral mass will take place on Thursday in St. Joseph’s Church, the Rock, Ballyshannon at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Sligo, and formerly of Rossinver and Glenaniff, Co Leitrim, in her 93rd year.  Funeral Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange, at 12 noon on Thursday, followed by interment in Rossinver New Cemetery. Funeral cortege will travel from Grange, via Kinlough and Rossinver.  Due to the present situation, Mass and Funeral are private to family only.
