Due to the current HSE restrictions on funeral gatherings, funeral Mass and burial will be private to family. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 noon today in St. Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo. Muriel Lawson, (nee Cuffe) Carrickbanagher, Drumfin, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, in her 94th year at Baileys Nursing Home, Tubbercurry. Removal this afternoon from the residence of her daughter in law, Phyllis, Carrickbanagher at 1.30pm to St.Nathy’s Cemetery, Collooney for Committal Service at 2pm. In keeping with government and HSE guidelines, a private funeral will take place for family. A memorial service to celebrate Muriel’s life will take place at a future date. Loretta Sweeney, nee Deehan, Cabra, Rathlee, Co. Sligo. Reposing at her residence with removal this morning to arrive at the Church of the Holy Family, Kilglass for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patricks Cemetery, Kilglass. Due to current government and HSE guidelines, Loretta’s funeral mass will be private to family and close friends only.
