Paul Durcan joins Drumcliffe/Rosses Point GAA Club in Sligo

Donegal’s 2012 All-Ireland winning goalkeeper Paul Durcan has joined Drumcliffe/Rosses Point GAA Club in Sligo.

Durcan, who is still part of Declan Bonner’s senior squad, lives in north Sligo and transferred to the club earlier this year.

The Donegal native was born and raised as a Four Masters clubman in Donegal Town.

He also won an All-Ireland club title with Ballyboden St Enda’s of Dublin in 2016. At that time, Durcan’s was based work-wise in Qatar, but came home to help Ballyboden’s successful push for an All-Ireland club title.

The goalkeeper was Paddy McGill’s special guest on Ocean FM’s Donegal GAA podcast, ‘Dún na nGAAll’, which returned this week for a new summer season.
