There were demonstrations outside the Globe House direct provision centre in Sligo on Thursday, to express unhappiness at the conditions being endured by asylum seekers during the Covid-19 crisis.
It was one of a series of protests taking place across the country.
Protesters claim the crowded conditions in Globe House are putting residents there at greater risk of contracting the virus.
