Emily (Emma) Bright, (neé Crean), Carransprawn, Riverstown, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at Bailey’s Nursing Home, Tubbercurry. Predeceased by her husband Stanley. In keeping with Government and HSE guidelines, a private funeral will take place for family. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Emily will take place at a future date. Those who wish to attend but cannot due to current restrictions, can offer their sympathy using the online condolence book on rip.ie

Henry Brett, Ardgevna, Templeboy, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at the North West Hospice, Sligo in his 93rd year. In accordance with Government directives relating to public gatherings, the funeral will be private to family. A memorial service to celebrate Henry’s life will take place at a later date. Francis McBrien, 118 Gardrum Road, Moneyouragan, Letterbreen, Co. Fermanagh. Unexpectedly. Due to Current regulations, the family home and funeral will be private. Anyone who wishes to leave a message of sympathy may do so on the condolence section of rip.ie

Barbara Mc Coole (née Folan) Limerick and formerly of Mountcharles and Killymard. Wife of the late Michael Joseph Mc Coole. (Non Covid-19).  Removal from Gallaghers Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles this morning, going to the Church of the Sacred Heart Mountcharles,  for 11am Funeral mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. In accordance with government and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings the removal and funeral are strictly private to family only.

David Purvis, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim, peacefully at St. Phelim’s Nursing Home, Dromahair, beloved husband of Betty. In accordance with government directives relating to public gatherings, the funeral will be private to family only. Elizabeth Finnerty, Upper Pearse Road, Cornageeha, Sligo, Peacefully  in the loving care of the staff at Summerville Healthcare, Strandhill, Sligo.  Due to Covid -19 restrictions, funeral and burial will be private to family. Paula McGoldrick, nee Mills, 20 Millview, Ballysadare, Co. Sligo. Mother of Johnathan, Fiona, Ryan and Gavin. Due to current restrictions, house and funeral is strictly private.  A memorial mass will be held at a later date.  Donations in lieu of flowers may be made if desired to Cancer Research, c/o the family.

Aideen Crowe, (Nee Stephens,) in her 96th year, at home in Cloch na nUnan, Ballyshannon Co Donegal in the loving care of her family. Aideen’s funeral service will take place in Saint Patrick’s church Ballyshannon at 11.am on Wednesday May 20th and can be viewed on Church services live streaming at https;//www.church services.tv/st patricksballyshannon. Family Flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Shiel Hospital Patients comfort fund c/o Patsy McCauley Funeral Director. In accordance with current Government guidelines and in the hope of keeping our family and friends safe,  Aideen’s funeral will take place privately. It is hoped to have a celebration of her life at a later date.

Peter Gillooly, 2 Chapel St, Elphin, Co. Roscommon and Ballinvalley, Coolaney, Co. Sligo surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Michael and Kate Gillooly.  Father of Fiona Henry Ballinvalley, Coolaney Co. Sligo. Due to the current Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a Private Funeral will take place in Elphin. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Sligo Hospital Renal Dialysis Unit. Remains arriving at St. Patrick’s Church Elphin on Wednesday 20th May for funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, CURRENT RESTRICTIONS ON ATTENDANCE AT FUNERALS IS A MAXIMUM OF TEN PEOPLE AND ONLY MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD, CLOSE FAMILY…..OR CLOSE FRIENDS, IF THE DECEASED HAS NO HOUSEHOLD OR FAMILY MEMBERS.
