New support fund to provide lifeline to local businesses



A new €6.5 billion pro-business and pro- enterprise fund, which has been established to support businesses impacted by Covid-19, has been described as being a “one of the biggest supports for SME’s in the History of the State and as a lifeline for many small and micro businesses across the North West.

That’s according to Sligo Leitrim Fine Gael TD Frank Feighan.

Over the Bank Holiday weekend The Government agreed, to create a further suite of measures to support small, medium and larger business that are negatively impacted by Covid-19.
