Sligo businessman, Anthony Gray, has hit out at insurance companies for refusing to pay out on business interruption claims, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The restauranteur says he can’t understand why insurance companies have a problem honouring agreements, while some uncontested claims are settled in courts by the same companies
