Remembering Philly McGuinness 10 years on

It’s 10 years since Leitrim footballer Philly McGuinness died at the age of 26 after sustaining a head injury while playing for Mohill in a club game.

To mark the 10th anniversary, Leitrim GAA supporters across the county held a candlelight vigil in his memory.

Matt Gaffey, who gave the graveside oration at Philly’s funeral in 2010, join Adrian McPartland on Sunday to reflect on Philly’s life.
