There will be disruption to water in a number of areas of Sligo today due to repair works.
A burst water main in Carrawroe is affecting the supply for homes and businesses in and around Carrowroe.
Irish Water and Sligo County Council are working to fix the leakage and it’s expected they will be complete by 7pm this evening but it may take upto 3 hours before the supply to return to normal.

Belladrehid, Ballisodare, Kilmacowen, Ransboro, Carrowkeel, Breeogue, Drumiskabole, Knoxpark, Abbeytown, Corhawnagh, Streamstown, Lugawarry, Coney, Carrignagatt, Collooney, Ardcotton, Kilmanagh, Gleannagoolagh, Ballygawley, Kilross, Rathrippon, Grange East and West, and Rathcarrick townlands.
