There’ve been several tributes locally for the American country folk singer John Prine who has died from Covid-19.
The 73-year-old became critically ill last month after he and his wife Fiona Whelan, who’s a native of Ardara, were diagnosed with the virus.
Prine was a regular visitor to Donegal and it’s understood his most recent visit to the county was earlier this year.
He performed in Letterkenny in 2017. Watch an extract of that concert here:
