Planning Permission granted for Ballyshannon Hotel

Planning permission has been granted by Donegal County Council for a new 40 bedroom hotel in Ballyshannon.


The development will also include Kitchen and Dining area and 40 car park spaces.


The  construction of the new hotel is expected to lead to the creation of a number of construction jobs locally as well as full and part time jobs in the local hospitality sector in the future.


The news has been welcomed by local Sinn Fein Councillor Michael McMahon.
