The role of those who work at the coal face of home care will take on even greater significance in the days and weeks ahead as the country braces itself for the spread of Covid-19.
That’s according to Sinn Fein Councillor Padraig Fallon who has called for all elected representatives to support the emergency measures that Home Care and Community have put forward to deal with the pandemic.
The Manorhamilton Municipal District Councillor says the measures being sought will help free up coveted hospital places, he added that the measures are reasonable and has called for them to be implemented immediately
