A South Sligo Fianna Fail councillor has issued details of the latest phone scam that targeted him today.
The scam involves a person receiving a phone call and advising them that a sum of money has been taken from their bank account.
Cllr Marker Baker who runs a business in Riverstown was approached by other members of the community with the same issue.
