Removal on Sunday from Ireland West Airport Knock to the Church of the Assumption, Collooney arriving at 3pm. Funeral mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in St. Nathy’s cemetery Collooney.


William (Billy) Donagher, Corlea, Ballyshannon Co. Donegal. Peacefully at the Sheil Hospital, Ballyshannon. Reposing at the Sheil Hospital Mortuary today from 5pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon for 7pm. Requiem mass on Saturday at 11am followed by interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Belleek. No flowers please. Donations, if so desired, to the Sheil Hospital patients comfort fund. Reverend Father Jim McGloin, McDermott Terrace, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Ahanlish, Glenade, Co. Leitrim. Retired Parish Priest of St. Joseph’s Presbytery, Wolverhampton, England. Peacefully in his 85th year. Reposing at his brother Terence’s house in Ahanlish, Glenade today. Removal Saturday morning to St. Michael’s Church, Glenade for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Conwal Cemetery, Glenade. Family time on Saturday morning please. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospital patient comfort fund or the North West Hospice, Sligo. A one way system will operate today in Glenade with entrance to the family home from the Largydonnell Bridge and exit at Cloonawillan.


Jimmy (Frank) Meehan, England and formerly of Gortnaderry, Kiltyclogher, Co. Leitrim. Suddenly. Funeral Mass on Saturday in St. Patrick’s Church, Kiltyclogher at 12 noon. Followed by burial of ashes in adjoining cemetery.

Remains arriving at St. Patricks Church, Killinagh, Blacklion for 11am funeral mass on Saturday morning with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo this evening from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Joseph`s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo on Saturday morning for requiem mass at 11am followed by burial in Rockfield Cemetery, Coolaney, Co. Sligo afterwards. Removal to St. Clare’s Church, Manorhamilton on Sunday to arrive for 2.30pm funeral mass with burial afterwards in Creevelea Abbey New Cemetery, Dromahair. House private please.


Frank Ferguson, Ballymore, Kinlough, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Remains reposing at his late residence on Saturday from 2pm to 10pm. Removal on Sunday morning to arrive at St. Aidan’s Church, Kinlough for 11am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in St. Aidan’s Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired, to the ICU at Sligo University Hospital c/o Gilmartin’s funeral director or any family member.


Pearl Brennan, Ougham, Riverstown, Co. Sligo. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Sligo on Saturday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral mass will take place in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Riverstown on Sunday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Ballyrush Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

Reposing at her son Tony’s residence, 16 Knappaghmore Crescent, First Sea Road, Sligo on Saturday from 5pm to 7pm and Sunday 5pm to 7pm. House private outside reposing times please.
