Christopher McConnon, Boston, formerly of Cleavery, Castlebaldwin, Co. Sligo. Beloved son of Michael and Betty McConnon. Mass will be held for Christopher on Saturday, January 18th at 11am in St Patrick’s Church, Ballyrush. House private please.

 

Séamus Hunt, Ballyfahy, Bunninadden, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Suddenly at his residence Remains will repose at the Perry Funeral Home, Ballymote (F56TK20) this evening from 5 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Removal afterwards to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bunninadden (via Ballyfahy) to arrive at 8 p.m. Funeral mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Cloonameehan cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to S.H.O.U.T. at Sligo University Hospital c/o Perry Undertakers, Ballymote.

 

Maggie O’Donnell, Shalbey, Kilcar, Co. Donegal. In her 100th year. Reposing at her residence. Removal from her home on this morning at 11:30am for funeral mass in St. Cartha’s Church, Kilcar at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Kilcar cemetery.

 

Michael Kieran Duggan, St. Philomena`s, Top Road, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick`s Church, Strandhill, Co. Sligo today for 12:00 noon Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Patrick`s Cemetery, Scarden.

Josie Mc Gettrick, Cluid, Ballymote, Co. Sligo and late of Bailey’s Nursing Home, Tubbercurry. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Remains will repose at the Perry Funeral Home, Ballymote (F56TK20) on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote to arrive at 7 p.m. Funeral mass on Friday at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in St. Columba’s cemetery.

 

Annie Keeney, nee Kennedy, Edergole, Adara. At Killybegs Community Hospital.  Remains reposing at the residence of her niece Mary McBrearty at Edergole, Adara. Funeral from there today at 12.30 pm, going to the Church of the Holy Family, Adara for Requim  Mass at 1 p.m.  Family time until 11 am. Kevin Patrick Walsh, Brackloonaugh, Charlestown , Co Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Remains will repose at the Horkan Funeral Home, Charlestown, on Thursday evening from 5.00pm to 7.30 pm, with removal to St James’s Church, Charlestown, arriving at 8.00 pm. Funeral mass on Friday at 12 o clock, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. No flowers please, donations if desired to S.H.O.U.T.

 

Phyllis Smiley, Benbulben Terrace, Sligo. Peacefully at Saint John’s Hospital, Sligo. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo from 5.30pm Thursday with liturgy of prayer at 6.30pm. Funeral to arrive at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Friday for Mass of Christian burial at 11.30am, burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery.

 

Sean McGarry, Cranmore Place, Sligo. Peacefully at his daughter Shauna’s residence, Lower Abbey Street, Sligo. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel this Friday evening from 6 p.m. with Liturgy of Prayer at 7.30 p.m. Removal on Saturday to St Anne’s Church Sligo to arrive from Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am.  Burial follows in Sligo cemetery.
