Turmoil in Beef Plan Movement



A power struggle in the Beef Plan Movement is to result in a vote of no confidence in the founding members towards the end of this month.

That’s according to The Irish’s Farmers Journal News Editor Caitríona Morrissey who explains that members of the national committee and at county level are having issues with the transparency of member numbers.

A vote of no confidence is to be put forward by counties Sligo, Donegal, Kerry, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Monaghan.
