A Sligo-based past President of the Restaurant Association of Ireland says there are restaurants and businesses in the hospitality industry facing closure in the New Year because of the difficulties and cost of getting insurance.
It’s after four of the companies offering insurance to the sector announced they are to withdraw from the market.
