Leitrim councillor raise concern over potential lack of ATM services in Manorhamilton over Christmas

Ahead of the busiest period of the year for retailers and those involved in the hospitality sector, fears have been raised that the north Leitrim town of Manorhamilton could be left without an ATM machine in the lead up to and during Christmas.

The concerns have been raised by local businessman and independent Councillor Felim Gurn.

Speaking to OceanFM news the well know publican has outlined how the town’s main ATM machine has already broken down, and with no Bank of Ireland staff available over Christmas to rectify any future problems that may arise the entire Town could be left without cash and would therefore be economically drained over the holiday period.
