A Closure Order was issued to a Sligo based restaurant in November.
Maliks Tandoori Restaurant in Pearse Road, Sligo was issued the notice on the 13th of November, and is yet to reopen.
The highest ever number of closures around the country took place in November with 23, including another closure at East Ocean Takeway in Letterkenny on the 12th.
