Two months after beef protests ended, Market Taskforce still has not met

Two months after the ending of the beef prices dispute, a meeting of the proposed Beef Market Taskforce has yet to take place.

Donegal TD and Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue TD, says the commitment to get a beef task force up and running led to the protests being stepped down.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Deputy McConalogue says the Minister for Agriculture must act now.
