John Murphy, Ardaghey, Glebe, Inver, Co. Donegal. At the Harbour lights Nursing Home, Killybegs. Remains will be reposing at Gallaghers Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles this evening from 6.30pm, with removal to St. Nauls Church, Ardaghey to arrive at 8.30pm, to repose overnight. Funeral mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in Cranny Road Cemetery, Frosses.
Bertie Devins, Maugheraboy, Sligo. Ex Staff C.I.E. Peacefully, at St. John’s Hospital, Sligo. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo on Monday evening from 6pm with liturgy of prayer at 8pm. Removal from the Nazareth House Chapel at 11.30am on Tuesday to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception to arrive for Mass of Christian burial at 12 noon, burial to follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to St. John’s Hospital patients comfort fund, C/O Seamus Feehily and Son funeral directors, Pearse Road, Sligo.
Jimmy Carr, St. Cummins Hill, Killybegs, Co. Donegal. Remains reposing at his residence from 5pm this evening. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to St Mary’s Church, Killybegs for 11am Funeral mass. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. House private on the morning of the funeral please. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Croí, The West of Ireland Cardiac & Stroke Foundation or Rehabilitation Unit, Letterkenny Hospital.
Kay Granaghan, 20 Woodlands, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Suddenly. Reposing at John Magee and Sons Funeral Home, Belleek Road, Ballyshannon on Monday from 5pm to 10pm with remains going to St. Josephs Church, the Rock, Balyshannon for 11am Funeral Mass on Tuesday. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private at all times.
