Arts House, Sunday evening, Nov. 10th, at 8pm

In this Sunday’s Arts House at 8pm, Matthew Seaver, assistant keeper at the Irish Antiquities Division of the National Museum of Ireland in Kildare Street in Dublin, tells us about four large gold rings found some time ago in County Donegal; they are known as the Tullydonnell hoard.

‘Run’ is the Irish word for secret. And there’s a secret in a postcard art exhibition and sale that will open on December 3rd in the Hyde Bridge Gallery and home of the Yeats Society in Sligo town. Submissions for the exhibition and now being sought. Yeats Society Sligo Director Susan O Keeffe has been telling us all it.

This Monday, Nov. 11th, at noon is the deadline for entering a competition that recognises creative industries in Donegal. Head of Enterprise in the county Michael Tunney tells us about that.

Plus arts news and music.
