Sligo County Council are to review rents and lease agreements with companies operating in The Docks area of the town. Cllr Declan Bree has called for more ‘realistic’ rents to be charged, after it emerged that one major business was paying only 31 euro a year in rent, which is a throwback to the days of Sligo Harbour Commissioners
