For the second consecutive year, Glencar/Manorhamilton senior women’s gaelic footballers suffered disappointment in the McCormack’s Mace Leitrim championship final on Sunday afternoon, when they were beaten by the holders St Joseph’s on a final scoreline of 1-11 to 0-11.
The result completed a hat-trick of Leitrim senior championship titles for the Carrigallen-Aughavas amalgamation.
