Calls have been made on the Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed to immediately reconvene talks to address the continuing beef crisis.
Farmers including those from the north west have been involved in Protests over prices outside various meat factories over the past two weeks.
The Fianna Fáil spokesperson for Agriculture and Donegal TD Charlie McConalogue TD, has called on the Minister for Agriculture to immediately reconvene talks to address the continuing crisis.
Deputy McConalogue says the Minister must reconvene talks between Meat Processors along with representatives of the Beef Plan Movement and all farming organisations.
He also added that it is essential that talks on this occasion must include retailer representatives.
