A protest has taken place this morning in an effort to block windmills being transported through the village of Arigna to be erected on the mountain there.
About 20 people took part in the demonstration this morning at the bridge in the village.
The Arigna Mountains are located on the Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon border.
