Sligo arts group announces exhibition in vacant building

An arts group today announced details an exhibition it will be staging later this month in a vacant building in Sligo town.

It’s Sligo-based ‘BaHa Visual Art Collective’s’ second art collection, entitled ‘Uninhabited.’

‘BaHa Visual Art Collective’ takes its name from the Irish word ‘beatha’, meaning life.

It was founded in the autumn of 2018 by Hannah Dobson and Adam Flynn, both from Sligo town, and Jessica O Brien, from Ballygawley.

The ‘Uninhabited’ exhibition, in a vacant building on The Mall, will take place from August 23rd to 27th

Hannah Dobson has been telling Ocean FM News about the idea behind the exhibition.
