The 2019 Lough Gill Hospice Swim takes place this Saturday, August 17th, 2019, from 12-5pm.
Now in its ninth year, the event continues to grow in popularity – and is a big attraction for open water swimmers.
There are three different swims on the day: a 10-kilometre swim, a one-mile swim and a relay.
Marcella McGarry, Chairperson of the event’s organising committee, joined Austin O’Callaghan in studio last Sunday to preview the 2019 event.
