It’s critical today’s talks between farmers and the meat industry are a success to ensure the future viability of the sector.
That’s the message from the Agriculture Minister, who’s criticised the current toxic relationship between both parties.
It comes after weeks of protest by the Beef Plan Movement, which is angry over the prices farmers get from factories for their animals.
