The Bishop of Elphin has criticised incidents of underage drinking during the weekend Sligo Summer Festival. In a statement posted on the diocesan Facebook page, Bishop Kevin Doran says adults who should know better are sourcing alcohol for minors and selling it illegally to them, and such adults need to begin behaving responsibly
