Funding approved for traffic calming in Grange



There is good news for the residents of Grange village in Sligo with the confirmation of funding for the provision of traffic calming.

The works on the northern end of the village will include pedestrian crossing at Molaise Gaels Gaa pitch.

The upgrades will also include footpath works on the southern end of the village between the Super Valu store and the new Primary Care Centre.

Independent Councillor Marie Casserely says the upgrades were improve the safety of residents in the village.
