This week we are talking to three new restaurants in Sligo. First up we visit Paul Brennan in Flipside in Rockwood Parade Sligo. Then we go around the corner to meet Alan Barrins who has opened Bridgefoot House on O’Connell Street in Sligo. Finally, we go out to Finisklin to meet Jane Lambert who has opened a new restaurant with her husband Myles, called Baker Boys
