Cretaro inspires Finn Harps to 2-0 win against Sligo Rovers

Two goals from Nathan Boyle and a man-of-the-match performance from Rafael Cretaro helped Finn Harps to a 2-0 win against an out-of-sorts Sligo Rovers at Finn Park on Friday night.

The result moves Harps three points clear of bottom-of-the-table UCD, who were beaten 1-0 by St Patrick’s Athletic.

Dundalk have moved eight points clear at the top after a 1-0 win against second-placed Shamrock Rovers at Tallaght Stadium.
