Reduction in class sizes and school funding were just some of the issues raised by the INTO’s representative from Donegal and Leitrim this week.
The Irish National Teachers Organisation held its annual pre-budget lobby day in Dublin earlier this week.
Over 120 Senators and TD’s were in attendance meeting members from across the country to discuss the union’s priorities for the year ahead.
Aine McGinley is a Donegal and Leitrim representative with the INTO.
She says she is hopeful that the TD’s she spoke to heard her concerns for the year ahead.
