The concerns have been raised as the Minister for Education and Skills, Joe McHugh begins a two-day fact-finding mission and engagement with Irish teachers working in the United Arab Emirates.

The Donegal TD will meet with Irish teachers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to gather their views on teaching abroad.
