Cousin of Keash famine ship victims says identification of remains is very emotional

Pat Ward from Keash in Co Sligo is a distant cousin of the local family whose five daughters died when a famine ship sank en route to Canada from Sligo in 1847. Earlier this week, it has been confirmed that the remains of 21 bodies found washed up on a Canadian coast are those of some of those who died in that tragedy, which Pat says is very emotional
