Sligo County Council will unveil its disability inclusion plan for the next four years today.
The plan sets out a programme of actions to address the difficulties facing those with disabilities in our society.
The most recent figures show that 9,577 or 14.6 % of the population of Sligo have indicated that they have a disability.
The launch will be held in County Hall, Riverside at 3.00pm this afternoon.
