Finn Harps collected their first Premier Division win of the season on Friday night with a 3-0 win against UCD at Finn Park.
Former Sligo Rovers player Caolan McAleer (pictured) scored twice as Ollie Horgan’s side collected all three points – following encouraging draws away from home against Cork City and Rovers in recent weeks.
McAleer scored a goal in either half, with Nathan Boyle finding the target in between the Tyrone man’s brace.
Harps are now just three points adrift of UCD at the bottom of the table.
