A public discussion on the upcoming European Elections will take place in Sligo this morning. (Thursday)
The event is titled ‘The Importance of the European Elections: A Citizens Dialogue’ and will take place in the Sligo Southern Hotel at 11.30am this morning.
The Wheel, which is Ireland’s national association of community and voluntary groups, is organising the talk.
European Programmes Manager, Deirdre Finlay says there will be a number of candidates speaking throughout the morning.
