SLIGO
Coolaney/Mullinabreena and St Molaise Gaels mainained their 100 per cent records in the Furey’s Coaches SFL Division 1 in Sligo at the weekend with wins against Coolera/Strandhill and Curry respectively. Defending league champions Tourlestrane picked their first win with a two-point victory against Eastern Harps, while Shamrock Gaels and St Mary’s played out an eventful draw in Coola.

LEITRIM
Paddy Maguire marked his return to Glencar/Manorhamilton colours on Saturday evening by helping the north Leitrim club to score six goals in a 6-19 to 2-7 win against county champions Aughawillan at Bogaun. County star Maguire had played his club football with St Brigid’s in Dublin last year. Melvin Gaels made it three wins out of three with a win against St Mary’s Kiltoghert in Carrick-on-Shannon.

DONEGAL
Kilcar remain joint top of the Brian McCormick Sports & Leisure SFL Division 1 despite their game with Cloughaneely being called off because of a club bereavement in Cloughaneely. Bundoran recorded a fine victory in Glenswilly while Naomh Conaill beat St Eunan’s by five points despite having Dermot ‘Brick’ Molloy sent off in the opening half.
