Continued concern over antisocial behaviour at disused Dromahair hotel

The long running issue concerning the state of the Abbey Manor Hotel in Dromahair was raised again on the agenda for the April meeting of the Manorhamilton Municipal meeting of Leitrim County Council.

Fianna Fáil Councillor and local election candidate Mary Bohan tabled a motion requesting an update on whether or not the owners of the premises had complied with the conditions of the notices served on them by the local authority.

Councillor Bohan explained to Ocean FM news that the hotel was a location for antisocial behaviour and the lack of action by the owners in upgrading the facilities at the site in question was having a negative impact on the landscape of the North Leitrim Town.
