John Francis McHugh, Leicester, England and formerly of Altonelvick, Beltra, Co. Sligo on the 3rd of April. Brother of Nora McHugh, Altonelvick and Sister Stephanie F.M.D.M. Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Requiem Mass this morning at 11am in The Sacred Heart Church, Leicester, England. Cremation to follow.

 

Margaret Monica (Mona) Farrell, (nee Gillan). Peacefully at home in London, aged 93, following a short illness. Originally from Ardtrasna, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo. Requiem Mass in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hayes, Middlesex on Wednesday at 12.15pm, proceeding after to Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to Botwell Church soup run for the homeless.

 

Janet L’Estrange, Culleenamore, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at her residence on Friday evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne`s Church of Ireland, Strandhill, Co. Sligo on Saturday for Service at 12:00 noon. James Breheny, (Nasie), Astoria, New York, USA and formerly of Bricklieve, Castlebaldwin, Co Sligo. On April 11th, 2019.  Peacefully. Funeral to take place today at The Church of the Most Precious Blood, Astoria, New York. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Sunday June 2nd at 11am in  St. Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo. Joseph Carrigan, late of Corralubber, Ballinaglera, Dowra. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Removal of remains today, arriving at his residence at 5pm. House open from 5-7pm. Removal to  St. Hugh’s Church, Ballinaglera, at 8pm.  Funeral mass on Wednesday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Fahy Cemetery.

 

 

Sean O’Brien, East End, Bundoran, Co. Donegal. Peacefully  at the Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at the Rock Nursing Home, Ballyshannon, today from 4 pm to 6 pm. Removal at 6 :15 pm to arrive at our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran, for reception prayers at 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 am, with interment afterwards in St. Ninnidh’s Cemetery, Bundoran.

 

Brendan Reynolds, (suddenly), at his residence in Reading, United Kingdom, and formerly of Ropefield, Ballinacarrow, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Reposing at the Chapel of Rest of Miles and Daughter Funeral Home, 157-161 Caversham Road, Reading RG1 8BB, UK on Tuesday 23rd April 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by removal to the Church of St. Joseph, Tilehurst to arrive at 7 p.m.  Funeral mass on Wednesday 24th April at 12 noon. Burial afterwards at Henley Road Cemetery, Caversham, Reading.

 

 

John McAuley, Tiermoonan, Kinawley, Co Fermanagh. Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry. Remains reposing at his late residence from 2pm today concluding with prayers at 10pm and on Wednesday from 12noon until 5pm. House private at all other times. Remains will leave his residence at 7.30pm on Wednesday to arrive at Saint Naile’s Church, Kinawley at 8pm Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11am, with burial in Kinawley New Cemetery

 

Marie McHugh, Knockfola, Gweedore, Co Donegal. In Galway University Hospital. Reposing at the home of her brother Paul, Old Golf Course Road, Donegal Town, today from 2pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 1pm in St Colmcille’s Chapel, Knockfola, Gweedore. Burial afterward in the adjoining cemetery. Rosary tonight at 9pm.
