IT Sligo is launching a Green Campus initiative this evening (Wednesday).
The programme encourages a partnership approach to environmental education, management and action at the institute.
It aims to ensure that all people working and studying on campus engages to enhance sustainability.
The launch will take place in the Aurivo Theatre at 6.00pm.
Head of the Green Campus Professor Frances Lucy explains what actions they will be taking.
